Job Roles & Responsibilities

Administration of Wintel, Active Directory & Messaging environment
Strong knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, GPO, DFS services as required to maintain the operability and integrity on the environment
Excellent hands on experience on Exchange Server 2010/13, Office 365 & Skype for Business Environment/Lync 2013
Experience in handling Email Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Issues
Strong Knowledge on Microsoft & Exchange Clustering
Working Knowledge of AD Audit Plus, AD Manager Plus, AD Self Service Plus, Exchange Reported Plus
Provide technical support and integration services for the server environment including hardware, operating systems, base image applications such as systems management utilities and agents.
Perform root cause analysis on hardware problems or prepare the same in consultation with the hardware supplier or principle.
