Job Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor alerts related Server, Network, Storage and Database using Monitoring tools
Ensure 100% of committed deliverables are met
Sending required Reports and Dashboards
Ensure monitoring team follows the defined policies and procedures assigned to the Management of alerts raised by infrastructure elements
Perform daily health checks (Network, Servers & Datacentre)
Knowledge of Windows & Network Infrastructure
Perform operations based on the documented procedures
Ensure proper tracking of the alerts/requests received until closure
Ensure first cut notification about major incident sent to respective stake holders on preliminary information.
Timely Escalate the issues to the next level & Communication will be sent to all the resolver groups
